MBC Services was started in Dallas, Texas in February of 2012 by Michael Barbieri. With over 150 years of combined experience in the industry, Michael and his team at MBC Services are dedicated to providing excellent service to all of their clients. Originally MBC Services focused on high-end residential remodeling in the Dallas area, and has grown into a full spectrum multi-family residential and commercial construction company offering a wide range of services including remodels, repairs and restoration projects.

Michael Barbieri - CEO

Michael Barbieri

CEO / Founder

Michael Barbieri is the owner, founder, and acting CEO of MBC Services LLC.

From a young age, Michael loved building things and was intrigued by business. He started off cleaning up job sites and selling various services to local general contractors; worked his way into a fulltime career in the trades, learning all aspects of construction. After 8 years of working for and learning from some of the finest contractors in the state, Michael launched MBC Services LLC…

Russell Hallwig - Project Manager

Project Manager

Russell Halwig is one of MBC Services Construction Managers serving several roles within the company.

He is originally from upstate New York and spent several years working along the coast of Florida.  Upon his arrival to Texas in 2015, Russell became a part of the MBC team. He has many skills throughout the construction industry as well as a degree in Engineering.  His work ethic and ability to lead has helped him perform many large projects under pressure. Russell enjoys spending time with his family, working on his farm in the country and fixing up vehicles…

 Felicia Fraser - Office Manager

Felicia Fraser

Office Manager

Felicia Fraser has worked for MBC Services since June of 2016. She is our office manager who is always busy keeping our books, scheduling, HR, accounts receivables and much more. MBC would not be the same without her as she is vital part of our team.

Outside of work Felicia enjoys spending quality time with her husband, kids and grandkids. She also loves to read and travel.

Keith Morris - Project Superintendent

Project Superintendent

Keith is a proud Texas native with 41 years of experience in construction. His work ethic and punctuality has led him to hold management positions in flooring, granite, and sheet metal companies in the Dallas area. Keith joined MBC in 2021, where he now coordinates and manages all on-site activities. When he is not at work, Keith enjoys fishing, bow hunting, gardening, and most importantly, spending time with his three grandchildren.

Tim Evans - Project Superintendent

Project Superintendent

Tim grew up in Waco and started working for a framing contractor at the age of 14. He then moved to the Dallas area where he continued to develop his construction experience with high end remodeling jobs of all kinds. With over 24 years of construction experience, his wide range of skills allow him to confidently lead on the job site. In his spare time, Tim loves mountain biking and spending time with his son.
