Michael Barbieri is the owner, founder, and acting CEO of MBC Services LLC.

From a young age, Michael loved building things and was intrigued by business. He started off cleaning up job sites and offering various services to local general contractors, until he worked his way into a fulltime career in the trades, learning all aspects of construction.

After 8 years of working for and learning from other contractors throughout the state, Michael launched MBC Services LLC.

In the beginning, it was just Michael, taking on diverse residential projects. He performed most of the work himself and subcontracted various trades. As he acquired knowledge, his reputation and team grew, and he began taking on large multi-family and commercial projects.

Since 2012, Michael has been privileged to build and be part of a first-rate team that has proven their capability to handle multi-million-dollar projects in all the major cities of Texas, as well as other US states and the Virgin Islands.

Michael is an entrepreneur who believes that experience, dedication, cooperation, and planning are how you create opportunity for your business.

Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, cooking and is a diehard Cowboys and Rangers fan.

The McKinney Orchid Apartments

Project was completed in 2013.

Project Description: Apartment exterior rehab

Scope of Work:

Wood rot replacement throughout community.
Install flashing on all porches.
Repair broken handrails as needed throughout property.
Repaint all exteriors of buildings and carports.

District A Dallas, Texas

Scope of Work:

Foundation stabilization.
French drama and root barriers added throughout property.
Roof repairs and cleaning throughout all 20 buildings.
All trim removed around windows and correct flashing was added.
Wood rot replacement throughout property.
Brick veneer repairs throughout property.
All cast stone front were removed and reinstalled correctly throughout property.
Miscellaneous interior repairs were completed on 135 units.
Flashing was added on second floor balconies.
Many balcony repairs were executed throughout property.
Pergolas and columns were repaired. All Pergolas were repainted.
90 exterior balcony doors were replaced, and correct still pans were added.
All painted surfaces were prepped and painted at projected completion on all 20 buildings.

Scope of Work:

Replace all rear doors and install sill pans.
Replace flashing throughout property.
Replace front porch columns.
Repaint some areas throughout property.
Repairs on interiors such as drywall, flooring, and paint.

This project was completed March 1, 2019, over two (2) months ahead of the completion date of May 21, 2019.

Project Description: Disaster restoration project after hurricane Harvey.

Scope of Work:

MBC managed a large portion of the construction put back on 308 first floor units that were affected.
Electrical rewire and finish out in 156 units.
Plumbing upgrades and finish out in 273 units.
Framing adjustment in 308 units.
Complete interior finish-out in 100 units.
Installation of 3.014 windows in all 67 buildings.

This project was completed two (2) months ahead of the contract schedule in 2018.
